Primjena ERP sustava za poboljšanje koordinacije internog dobavljačkog lanca

In today\u27s competitive global market, one of the most effective ways towards achieving competitive advantage has been the ability to accelerate the supply chain process through ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. ERP enables a more efficient internal and external supply chain. Enterprise resource planning system is an information system that manages all aspects of a business (production planning, sales, distribution, accounting, purchasing and customer services). Planning system is the core of an ERP system. The aim of this paper is to propose a hierarchical planning and scheduling model based on just-in-time principle to improve internal supply chain coordination for one-piece and small batch production. The model is implemented into the system ERPINS (Enterprise Resource Planning ININ Solutions) that is developed for metal processing industry, wood and food processing industry and construction industry.Na današnjem konkurentnom globalnom tržištu jedan od najučinkovitijih načina postizanja konkurentne prednosti je sposobnost ubrzanja procesa dobavljačkog lanca pomoću ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) sustava koji omogućava učinkovitiji interni i eksterni dobavljački lanac. Enterprise resource planning sustav je informacijski sustav koji upravlja svim aspektima poslovanja (planiranje proizvodnje, prodaja, distribucija, računovodstvo, nabava i korisničke usluge). Sustav planiranja je glavni dio ERP sustava. Cilj ovog rada je dati model višerazinskog planiranja i terminiranja koji je zasnovan na just-in-time principu sa svrhom poboljšane koordinacije internog dobavljačkog lanca za pojedinačnu i maloserijsku proizvodnju. Model je primijenjen u sustavu ERPINS (Enterprise Resource Planning ININ Solutions) razvijenom za metaloprerađivačku, drvnu, prehrambenu i građevinsku industriju

Production management within the concept of digital enterprises of wood-processing and furniture production

Prerada drva i proizvodnja namještaja velika su šansa Hrvatske za izlazak na međunarodno tržište. Osim prirodnih prednosti sadržanih u kvaliteti drva svjetske klase, Hrvatska ima i tradiciju te iskustvo i tehnološko znanje u proizvodnji poluproizvoda i finalnih proizvoda. Za konkurentni izlazak i opstanak na međunarodnom tržištu potrebno je podići razinu logističke potpore pripremi proizvodnje i proizvodnji radi boljeg iskorištenja drva i drvnih materijala, smanjenja gubitaka vremena u razvoju i usvajanju novog proizvoda, pripremi proizvodnje, i osobito smanjenju vremena protoka kroz proizvodnju. U radu su prikazani rezultati ostvareni u razvoju i primjeni sustava upravljanja proizvodnjom, razvijenoga na teorijskim postavkama JIT (Just In Time) i MRPII (Manufacturing Resource Planning) japanske i američke proizvodne filozofije, ugrađenoga u ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) sustav u poduzećima za preradu drva i proizvodnju namještaja. Na taj su način ostvarene pretpostavke za razvoj digitalnog poduzeća za preradu drva i proizvodnju namještaja.Wood processing and furniture production represent a big chance for Croatia to enter the international market. Besides the natural advantages such as world-class quality of wood, Croatia also has the tradition, experience and current technological knowledge in production of semi-manufactured products and final products. In order to enter and survive at the competitive international market it is necessary to increase the level of logistics support for production preparation and production in order to increase the use of wood and wood material, to decrease time loss during development and acceptance of the new product and during production preparation, and especially to decrease time required for production. This paper deals with the results achieved during the development and application of the production management system that was based on theoretical principles of JIT (Just In Time) and MRPII (Manufacturing Resource Planning) Japanese and American production theory and integrated in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system in wood processing and furniture production enterprises. In this way, the prerequisites are created for the development of the digital enterprise in wood processing and furniture production
